Filling the gap in the fight against food waste
The food waste numbers are staggering. In 2018, Singapore generated almost 800,000 tonnes of food waste and only less than 20% was recycled. Treatsure is an app to fill a gap in the fight against food waste - reducing the amount of food thrown away by buffet restaurants at the end of each meal. Co-founder Preston Wong shares details.
