We are lucky that we have so many food and drinks choices here in Singapore especially from the local hawker scene. And recently there has been an emerging trend of young Singaporeans taking the local hawker scene by storm. Faye Sai, 3rd-generation hawker at Coffee Break, Tan Wee Yang, Chief of wings at Ah Tan Wings and Raphael Sim, Co-founder of Prawn & Mee talk more with us about the difficulties they face handling their stalls and also their marketing strategies to let their stalls be known.
