Jamie Koh is the Founder of Brass Lion Distillery and she was on the show to discuss her six year journey to create a spirit that can truly encapsulate the heart of Singapore. The Singapore Dry Gin –  a true reflection of the cultural melting pot that is Singapore.

Culture Club: Maintaining Brass Lion Distillery's unique brand identity, the role of intellectual property
It all began in 2012 when our next guest realised that Singapore did not have a spirit to call its own. It sparked her six-year journey to master the art and science of distillation under master distillers all over the world.
At the end of it all, it culminated in Singapore’s first fully fledged micro-distillery, Brass Lion Distillery which produces spirits that encapsulate the essence of Singapore.
